UsonaTech is a systems consultancy. We build the infrastructure that runs businesses - CRM pipelines, automation workflows, paid advertising systems, reporting layers, and the integrations that tie them together. Most of our clients come to us because their tools don't talk to each other, their data lives in five places, and their team is doing manually what software should be doing automatically.

We're based in Lahore, Pakistan. We work with clients remotely across the UK and Europe, primarily in the service, healthcare, and professional training sectors.

What we actually do

We design and implement connected systems. Not templates, not off-the-shelf setups - actual architecture decisions about how your leads move, how your team communicates, how your data is captured, and where automation creates real leverage versus where it just adds complexity.

In practice, that covers:

• Automation and growth architecture - mapping how leads, data, communication, and revenue flow through a business, then building the automations that remove the manual bottlenecks
• CRM and lifecycle systems - structuring CRMs around how a business actually operates, from first enquiry to long-term client retention
• Paid advertising management - running Google Search campaigns for clients in the UK market, including keyword strategy, ad copy, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimisation
• Marketing and channel integration - connecting ads, email, WhatsApp, and social into one measurable flow rather than isolated campaigns
• Web and conversion systems - building websites that function as decision systems, not just pages
• Reporting and visibility - connecting tools into clear dashboards so decisions are based on data, not assumptions

How we approach paid advertising

Our advertising work sits inside the broader systems picture. We manage Google Ads accounts for a small number of clients via the Google Ads API, under our own Manager Account. That means we can pull performance data, adjust campaigns, and generate reports programmatically rather than through manual UI work. Current clients in this area include PureSkin Medical Cosmetics Clinic and DermaSense Academy, both in the UK.

We use the API strictly for managing the accounts we operate - there is no external product built on top of it, and access is limited to our own team.

How we work

We take on a limited number of clients so we can actually deliver, not just sell. New engagements start with a systems audit - we map out what you have, what's broken, and what the highest-leverage fix is before writing a single line of automation or launching a single ad.

We don't do retainer packages that pad hours. We scope specific work, deliver it, and stay on for ongoing management where it makes sense.
